Jeff Gregson graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Sociology, minor in Psychology and a Certificate in Criminology. He then later graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2001 with a Masters degree in Counseling. Jeff is currently a member of the American Psychological Association, certified in the Teaching-Family model (parenting model used by many youth programs) and trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (method of therapy that promotes rapid change for many issues). He has also been trained to teach and run Aggression Replacement Training, a researched method for anger management.

Jeff has mainly worked with children, families and adolescents to help resolve issues related to oppositional behaviors, ADHD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sexual victims, perpetration and anger control.

Jeff's career began 10 years ago at Youth Village, working as a caseworker and later with the Families First program, an intensive in-home preservation service. While working as a Families First Specialist, he worked as an out-patient child therapist at Weber Human Services, working with traumatized children.

Jeff opened his private practice in the summer of 2004 and has enjoyed working with adult and child clients alike. The focus of his practice has been helping adults and adolescents with overcoming depression and anxiety.

His experience and training can help you and your family make the changes you desire.
